On the 5th May 2023, 14 European Countries, which included 22 influential producers gathered on the island of Hydra in Greece for the annual CFP-E Summit. 

The meeting which was hosted by the Greek Association – PACT.gr Media Producers Association, discussed several current key issues that have been taking place across Europe from, pitching transparency, pitch and bidding fees to the ongoing procurement process.

Action points agreed: 

• Create a new ‘Pitching Rules’ document and implement this across Europe.
• All CFPE Members are actively engaged with charging clients treatments/ pitch costs by November 2023. 
• Creation of a centralised carbon calculator template to be used across CFPE.
